i'm just trying out bincimap and i can't seem to get the folder
specification right (either for inboxes or for other folders).
i've read some of the archives about the debate about the Maildir++
"standard" from courier, and i think that i've tried all of the relevant
formats of pine config file with maildir and i can't seem to get it.
obviously, i'm frustrated that pine can't create a new inbox (always
fails--isn't this something that people want an imap server/mua to be able
to do together?).
does anyone have a maildir location/pine folder config combo that works?
