There have been a big couple of postings about whether to allow
top-level folders; please check the archives for (at least) the

The former is the actual Maildir, the latter a control file by Binc
IMAP.

A good tutorial on what exactly? On Binc IMAP? Not yet, because it's
still beta software. You can help us writing one. On IMAP? Yes, the IMAP
