Hi, Simon.

Your experience is not at all normal - Binc IMAP should not consume that 
much memory and I have a folder with 17000 mails in it in, and marking all 
messages takes about 4 minutes, which is much but not as much as 9 hours!

Measuring up the memory consumption of Binc IMAP on this folder I get 
12MB, which is also too much but not as much as 128MB.

If you are able to reproduce the memory bloating, maybe we can solve this 
problem.
