IMAP servers don't have to support character sets other than US-ASCII
according to the standard. At the moment, Binc does exactly this, and
responds with a NO reply (I hope!) when Squirrelmail wants to search using
the ISO-8859-1 character set. In light of this, the best thing would be if
Squirrelmail retried the request using US-ASCII when it got a NO reply as
Binc gave above. You might suggest this on the Squirrelmail list.
