Being my 1st imap install just wanted to chk a few things about
my install. I'm having some "quirky" problems, but I think
they're related to email client and not bincimap.

bincimap-1.2.0b1-1.src.rpm
daemontools/supervise
Rh7.1

I'm using the IMAPdir structure.

ok, first thing is when I try to telnet to test
I can telnet in, but thats it, can't login etc.

telnet 192.168.1.1 143

* OK Welcome to Binc IMAP v1.2.0b1 (c) Copyright 2002, 2003 Andreas Aardal Hanss en at 2003-08-26 09:51:54 MST

login tom ******

(no entry in log)

That's as far a I can get when trying to test via telnet?
but when running my email client the system seems to be ok,
except.......

I'm trying to use Mozilla 1.5b, kinda works, first login
creates root mail folders, can create folders, receives
mail. But when you try to move mail to folders, just get hour
glass and doesn't move mail and some other things.
Closing and reopening moz seems to straighten things out.
After checking the Bugzilla bug list for Mozilla and
finding "376" imap bugs! (ouch)

I decided to try Outlook. Outlook seemed to work fine, with
no problems. Just wondering if anyone has had success running
mozilla, maybe just something I need to tweak/set?
If not, what other clients are people having good luck with?
I WILL NOT USE OUTLOOK! Hoping it's just my setup.

By the way, very impressed with "Bincimap", I've
been holding off installing an Imap server until now.

TIA
Ken
