Any ideas to the name of this list?
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] are the two lists I would suggest. As binc is achieving stability and recognition there will be two distinct audiences, the ones building and maintaining binc (and the extensions) and then those administrators working to deliver it to end users. We've already seen many people from the latter group, but the discussions are distinct and I would recommend splitting the list in two.
I'll probably end up on both anyway, but there are those who are not interested or don't have the time to keep up with the dev related issues in binc. The forum will also go a long way to encouraging module developers which is something we all want.
Of course, you might also want to add in a third binc-announce for those people using binc who want to keep current with new releases. While freshmeat does cover this to a degree, there eventually will probably come a time when Andreas needs to send a message to all admins using binc to notify them of an importantly needed update. (I.e. security related bugfixes.) Therefore having the list in place would be a good idea.
