My guess is we will have administrators as long-time/permanent subscribers, but also users who subscribe, ask a question, get an answer and then unsubscribe again.

regardless the period, they must be administrators, aren't they?
i think that so called users do not care whether it's binc or not. they just ask their administrator what they want to ask.

so, i guess that users of binc who we should take care of are administrators.

therefore i guess that having two lists for such as users and admins would likely end up just receiving same kind of questions from two different lists. and new comer would be confused which would be for him.

anyway, why don't we have just one for those and see what will happen? when binc gets lots of users, we can split it. we can break into separete lists whenever we want. it would never be too late.

then, question is, the one's name should be admins or users.
i think admins sounds clearer than users.

what do you say?
