I'd really like to find out why squirrelmail is so slow with Binc on your setup :-). With my setup, it's fast (and I'm using the default settings). Maybe it's the THREAD and SORT extensions, maybe it's inefficient operators in Binc. I'd really like to know.. :) Do you have the possibility to compare the communication between Squirrelmail and Binc/Dovecot?
