I'm just starting to experiment with bincimap and I'm seeing some
strange behavior on part of Mozilla mail... basically I can't see
my second-level of nested folders. I.e. I see a bunch of stuff
under INBOX, but then INBOX.Lists should have sub-folders but they
don't show up in Mozilla's "subscribe" dialog. This happens with
several versions of Mozilla, but not with some other IMAP clients
(i.e. evolution). The mail store is a Maildir that was created
by CourierIMAP.

Since only Mozilla has this problem it's probably a Mozilla bug,
but since Moz can see the nested folders on Courier there has to
be some way of getting it to work (maybe Moz needs the "hasChildren"
extension?)

Have other people seen this problem?
