[bincimap] Getting new mail into the INBOX

Hey all,

I've just set up bincimap for the first time so please excuse my newbie dumbness :)  Everything seems to work except I can't figure out how to get new messages to be automatically picked up and put in my INBOX.

My MairDir setup is as follows:

$HOME/Maildir            - Maildir root
$HOME/Maildir/new        - qmail is dropping new messages here
$HOME/Maildir/INBOX/new  - messages seem to need to be here so
                          i can see them with my imap client
If I run 

mv $HOME/Maildir/new/* $HOME/Maildir/INBOX/new

everythings works.  Is there a way for this to happen automatically?

I'm using IMAPdir depot.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
