You have 2 options.
1) You can Change qmail to deliver all messages into Maildir/INBOX 
either in .qmail files or should be able to system wide by changing your 
default delivery method when starting qmail-send. (I'm not 100% sure if 
changing system wide will work in the way I'v describe)
2) You can update your bincimap config to use maildir++ then you need 
not make any changes to your qmail Maildir becomes your inbox.  Problem 
solved.  It really depends if you wish to continue using imapdir depot.
