We use them, I don't know what makes them any different from any other really and we used to use Canon as well.

So the dispatch says "oh you dont understand these printers are a complete nightmare". I personally have always used and recommended Canon (yes a bit pricier , but in terms or reliability and large volume that's always beenmy go-to) So my question to anyone who has , past or present, used network Ricoh printers is "what the heck can be so complicated about connecting to a Ricoh" any feedback is greatly appreciated.
