Management console is ugly and doesn't play nice.
Otherwise same as any other printer.

We had dozens of older model Ricoh’s and there wasn’t any different than

Subject: [NTSysADM] SOT: Ricoh printer issues

Hi all,

I've been subcontracting recently for a large MSP mainly infrastructure work
(Router's , WLAC's , Switches, etc..),
Anyhow today I get an email if I can go to visit a site to connect a client to
a Ricoh printer (at first I thought it was a joke ) but then after being
assured it was a legit request I said absolutely. So the dispatch says "oh you
dont understand these printers are a complete nightmare".
I personally have always used and recommended Canon (yes a bit pricier , but in
terms or reliability and large volume that's always beenmy go-to)

So my question to anyone who has , past or present, used network Ricoh printers
is "what the heck can be so complicated about connecting to a Ricoh"

any feedback is greatly appreciated.
