We had dozens of older model Ricoh's and there wasn't any different than printers we have, so not sure why they are saying they are nightmares unless the newer ones have completely changed.

So the dispatch says "oh you dont understand these printers are a complete nightmare". I personally have always used and recommended Canon (yes a bit pricier , but in terms or reliability and large volume that's always beenmy go-to) So my question to anyone who has , past or present, used network Ricoh printers is "what the heck can be so complicated about connecting to a Ricoh" any feedback is greatly appreciated.
