We have a Dell Latitude E5540 that refuses to get through the format and
partition step. It just hangs. If I hit F8 and try to run diskpart from a
command prompt, it also hangs.

We've replaced the hard drive, no luck. Formatted the drive to be safe, no
luck. We've imaged this model before with no issue. Any ideas?
