have an 8.1 laptop that I upgrade to Win 10. On this computer, prior to the upgrade, there was already a VPN connection setup for my office VPN. The connection was setup to Not be the default gateway as this is my preference. However, there are times where I DO want to toggle that option. I used to do that by simply going to the VPN "adapter" properties, clicking the Networking tap, selecting the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then clicking the Properties button. Since the Windows 10 upgrade, I can no longer access those properties. I get to that screen and the Properties Button is accessible (you can see the "click" happening) but then nothing happens. I can find no method of getting to the IPv4 properties for my VPN connection to enable it as the default network gateway at this point. On a side note, in the Control Panel > Network & Internet> Network and Sharing Center, the "Connect to a network" option does not function either.
