I get to that screen and the Properties Button is accessible (you can
see the "click" happening) but then nothing happens.
I can find no method of getting to the IPv4 properties for my VPN
connection to enable it as the default network gateway at this point.
On a side note, in the Control Panel > Network & Internet> Network and
Sharing Center, the "Connect to a network" option does not function
either.
