The vast majority of that list is done by one person here, me. For some of
the testing we will bring in additional staff.

I support around 80 IT staff that do some form of imaging.

Right now 6 images, thinish images 4 - based on OS architecture and Office
architecture nothing else in these remaining desired software installed via
TS. Thick images there are 2, WIndows 7 x64 or 8 x64 with Office 2013 x86
and 30 other software titles.

Hardware is all Lenovo or Apple, we have preferred products from both but
departments can customize or buy what they want. For drivers I will only
support the drivers we need for the preferred products.

I propose the inclusions in the thick image and let the IT staff fight over
what should be added or removed.

I provide a base TS for the thin image that used fully matches what is in
the thick image and the IT staff make copies and customize that for their
department.

I also create and manage almost all of the SCCM software
packages/applications, at last count over 300. Someone else in my group
manages the patching and reporting functionality of SCCM.
