David,

The PDF not opening is a known issue after the recent M$ updates from this
month. What you'll need to do is get Hotfix KB3110711 from Microsoft.

I have Abode Reader 11.0.13 with IE10 on a Windows 7 64bit workstation.
When I click on a PDF in IE10 the brower just sits there with the PDF in the
url.
No Red x, just a window that looks like a pdf should be opening but it does
not.
I have enabled and disabled the PDF Reader Managed Add on IE.
I have added TabProcGrowth = 1 in the registry.
I have put the PC in an OU with no GPO’s and rebooted.

Chrome will open the PDF but IE will not. And it is any web based PDF?

Any clues on what to look at??
