All, I'm testing with a remote user - I've not allowed admin privs from his machine, and we're working on configuring it remotely.
I tried to help in install, via TeamViewer, a printer driver, and it asked for admin credentials. TV would not show me the screen, nor allow me to enter my credentials. I had to send him the local admin password, which worked, and then we could proceed. Is anyone aware of an app that allows the support tech to interact with these prompts? We've implemented LAPS, but I can't reset the password for the local administrator account because we're using DirectAccess, and don't have manage out capabilities (and believe me, I've tried to set that up and failed, but we're using UAG/DA 2010, and it's no piece of cake - perhaps 2012R2 DA is better).
