I don't appear to be getting the AI classes. I implemented the he classes in a custom client setting, not the default settings. Does that make a difference?
Also, do I have to check the box for the sms_InstalledSoftware on the AI properties for this to work? But you can see the AI classes getting inventories in the Hardware inventory cycle on the local computer. I would start there to confirm that it is working.
