Jason, If I try to build a query using the attribute Installed Software, it doesn't return any data. Installed Applications attribute does return data.
And the AI software reports do not gave any data. The end goal is to report on installed software in the environment, but for some reason the data is not being collected. For clarity, what exactly do you mean when you say “query on Installed Software”? Also, simply adding the class in HW inventory is not sufficient. You must also enable it in AI in the console so that the clients know to gather the info in the first place. But you can see the AI classes getting inventories in the Hardware inventory cycle on the local computer. I would start there to confirm that it is working.
