No they are not. Laptop chargers are basically a constant voltage device
and generally are not current limited, which means that the can easily burn
themselves out. The battery chargers that look like laptop supplies have
smarts built into them to do the job correctly without damaging themselves.

Hey guys,
quick question. Are those battery chargers I see on Cloud and EV Parts just
laptop battery chargers? If so I could get about 30 of those for $5 a
peice! (granted I am probably exsagerating) I see a ton of those at Value
Village.
If they are I am a happy camper. If not........ NEVERMIND!
