AHA! Sounds like I got a challenge to test my
searching skills.  Well, I did find some more photos
of the bike specifically at the NASA 'rave' party
hosted at one of their hangars for enthusiasts.  I
believe some described it as "Burning Man in a
building".  I think the bike in question is Todd
Kollin's  from electricmotorsport according to the
pics on this photo album.
