BTW one of the cool things Tony does is use a bicycle to illustrate
these sorts of questions. You can pretty easily create a simple test of
*some* fundamental handling aspects, just by messing around with an old
bike. For instance, counter-steering IIRC.
But really, any modern bike handles quite well enough for conversion,
IMO, unless you get real heavy with lead batts. You won't need superbike
parts.
