At the Florida Tech Melbourne campus Panther Plaza, we will have about 20, 120V outlets and expect to have a 240V outlet installed by the event. This will keep all vehicles colocated. All drivers are expected to provide their own extension cables; perhaps two 25ft lengths might be optimum. The Plaza is perhaps about 80 ft x 80 ft, and outlets are available on both sides. More are located near the small stream and the amplitheater.
You can find the campus map at the right side of http://www.fit.edu/about/. This pdf version is helpful http://www.fit.edu/visitors/maps/docs/floridatech_map.pdf. The yellow area between the Student Union Building and the Keuper Administration Building is the Panther Plaza.
