Hi John, I would recommend the Saturday event as the cars will be on display for several hours and the owners will be there to answer questions. Some of the cars and trucks will be competing in a low speed "autocross" which should be fun to watch.
Sunday is more for the car drivers as it is a road trip from Cocoa to Melbourne.
