Thanksgiving is Nov. 27.  I personally feel that the weekend of Nov. 15-16 is a 
bit too close to the holidays.  But I think either the first or second weekend 
of November would be fine -- Nov. 1-2 or 8-9.  Election day (the big 
presidential election) is Tuesday Nov. 4, so it might be hard for Bill to get 
much media attention for the event if we do it that preceding weekend of Nov. 
1-2 just two days before the election, with all the frenzy and focus on the 
election.  So maybe the following weekend of Nov. 8-9 would be better?
