The State has posted their State Energy Program (SEP) Federal stimulus funding application to the Florida Energy & Climate Commission (FECC) website. The Governor's Energy Office submitted their SEP proposal to the Department of Energy on May 12, 2009, DOE has 60 days to review and approve the plan. The FECC will oversee all federal funding.
