I have created a form and have deployed it to the Form Templates in Central
Administration and activated on my site. I created a Form Library and added
the content type. The form basically has two drop downs that are bound to
web services within the same Site. I've used UDC connections within a Data
Connection Library (that are approved) and I get the following error in the
logs when I view it in the web browser:

If I force the library to open in a client the error doesn't occur. This is
replicable in mulitple environments.
I found this thread and wondered whether they'd be any movement on this

I did try and hard code the authentication in the UDC file but still got the
same error. I did notice changes to the UDC and approval do not happen
immediately as I broke the xml on purpose and hit the form and it worked
fine and left it for a few minutes and tried again and it propogated. Is
there a way to force this like stsadm - o execadmsvcjobs?
