Hmm. No good then.

I also noticed the error message is trying to connect to this server

LoadBalancer.RegisterLauncher failed: The remote name could not be resolved:
'per5dev01'

Does this mean anything?. Is it load balanced?

1. Have you tried the form without the data connections? Does it still
fail with the same error

2. Have you then tried it with 1 data connection? Does it still fail.

3. Have you tried the connection with a database instead of a web
service...
Etc. Going back to basics and changing one thing at a time may give you more
details and something to aim at.

Just a thought. Good luck.

I have just tried that and had no joy. I get exactly the same error.
I confirmed that the new urls I was posting in the UDC were correct. The form
still works if I force it to open in the client.

Hi Jeremy,

This may help you. I have had some errors when the server or url name contain
certain characters. I noticed that your server is http://intranet-devlocal

Try renaming or creating an alternate access mapping to localhost or some other
name that is simpler.

I've written a blog entry about this a few weeks back

http://blogs.livepoint.com.au/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=7

Let me know if that is the issue. Thanks.

Subject: [OzMOSS] InfoPath Form Services

I have created a form and have deployed it to the Form Templates in Central
Administration and activated on my site. I created a Form Library and added the
content type. The form basically has two drop downs that are bound to web
services within the same Site. I've used UDC connections within a Data
Connection Library (that are approved) and I get the following error in the
logs when I view it in the web browser:

If I force the library to open in a client the error doesn't occur. This is
replicable in mulitple environments.

I found this thread and wondered whether they'd be any movement on this issue:
http://suguk.org/forums/thread/6344.aspx

I did try and hard code the authentication in the UDC file but still got the
same error. I did notice changes to the UDC and approval do not happen
immediately as I broke the xml on purpose and hit the form and it worked fine
and left it for a few minutes and tried again and it propogated. Is there a way
to force this like stsadm - o execadmsvcjobs?

Thanks
