The loadBalancer error I have found out is where I renamed the server using
the stsadm command, you have to go and select the appropriate service
accounts for it to refresh this. I've fixed this and still no joy.
Tomorrow I will try with a simpler form or we'll have to stick to a standard
of using InfoPath Client.
