Client has master page, a bit customized blueband.master. This master page has standard logo and title which is set from Site Settings->Title, description and icon
That logo is rendered for those who are site owners or farm admin, but if contributers or readonly users open site they can't see logo :( Url is /Image Library/mylogo.gif. Contributers and Readonly ppl can open this link directly - no issues, but link not show in master page Have no idea why this happens.
