With blueband.master, there may be a custom css file which calls the header
logo. Check through this using SPD and like Tommy said, check that the files
are approved and published.

Has the file been approved and not draft?

logo on master page for non-admin users

Client has master page, a bit customized blueband.master. This master page has
standard logo and title which is set from Site Settings->Title, description and
icon

That logo is rendered for those who are site owners or farm admin, but if
contributers or readonly users open site they can’t see logo L
Url is /Image Library/mylogo.gif. Contributers and Readonly ppl can open this
link directly – no issues, but link not show in master page

Have no idea why this happens. Any suggestions?!
