Aha. Found. We set that icon via CSS, and this css locates in folder where user have no rights. Gotcha!

This master page has standard logo and title which is set from Site Settings->Title, description and icon That logo is rendered for those who are site owners or farm admin, but if contributers or readonly users open site they can't see logo :( Url is /Image Library/mylogo.gif. Contributers and Readonly ppl can open this link directly - no issues, but link not show in master page Have no idea why this happens.
