Hi Pablo - I would just double check that you have the correct set of administrative rights. Especially the section around setting up your Windows admin rights as a TFS server admin and any global WSS security settings.

Which places should I check for it other than the obvious: · AppPools (running under TFSSERVICE) · Services ( Non of them running under my user) · Anywhere else? Just to clarify. This server was installed 18 months ago (more or less) and we've been using it with no problems. I've been administrator since then with no issues. The other administrator has no problem creating projects.
