Damian, manage this through the retention policy.
Edit your build definition and you will see the retention policy tab.

That way you can clean up different builds in different ways.

Subject: [OzTFS] Drop folder management

Just wondering what others are doing for drop folder management? Each build is
resulting in a 170MB drop folder and with CI this adds up very quickly to
multiple GBs per day. Now that our TFS environment is fully virtual this needs
closer attention (as the backup/DR strategy is to backup the VM .vhd
differencing disk file).

Do I lose anything if I purge the drop folder weekly, e.g. test results? Or
should I be pushing to get a cheap 500GB/1TB USB2 drive added to the host
server that I can map as a physical disk to the TFS VM to store drops on?
Regards,
Damian Edwards
