I'm looking for an interesting/engaging way
to approach the bibliography- I was thinking about
trying a resources sort, where students sort
different types of resources and then write them out
using the style that he wants. I'm also going to help
them work on their note taking skills- he wants those
to be completed on note cards. I'm feeling stuck, and
I'd really like this collaboration to work! Any ideas?

Annie, I do research papers yearly. I have resources
at school. In all honesty, I do not see the benefit of
old fashioned index note cards with all the great
technology out there (computerized note cards,
Inspiration software, and the like) but we have to do
them too. i guess some learners benefit form the hands
on organization of the note cards so I shouldn't
totally diss them! I find however, it is such a chore
as my kids are required to complete a minimum of 5
source cards and 60 note cards. So I can send you some
stuff but not till Monday...
