A caution. As long as what a teacher chooses to do in his or her own classroom does not directly impede upon your teaching, student learning and does not hurt students, you would be wise to leave this one alone. Perhaps the incentive program a teacher has chosen is directly related to a behavior plan or may have something to do with an idea the teacher is utilizing to help his or her classroom management.
