As a district level coach, I work with building level coaches to coordinate
building level study, I work with teachers, I often team teach and sometimes
model (but I prefer to team). I was trained as a cognitive coach, but still
consider myself a newbie. I do not give pep talks or prizes ... I gifted a
ladybug pointer to all the new primary teachers. Does that count?
