There are no known problems with Little Snitch and BBEdit. Could you please describe your problem more precise.

I have a serial number for BBedit that works with 7.0.0 and 7.0.1 but not with latter versions. This serial number is checked on a server for higher versions (7.0.2->7.0.4). If I ask to littlesnitch to not permit BBEdit to check on server (deny all), BBedit has still the possibility to check for validity of serial number on remote database...
