LittleSnitch 1.2.1 under Mac OS X 10.3.9, on a 500 MHz DP G4 When I start/restart the machine, the Snitch works great: responds immediately when I click buttons and on the drop-down menu. As time progresses, however, it takes longer and longer to get a response, which, of course, means I don't dare open an e-mail or click on any links on a Web page, or open a new Web page....
I had this problem with LS 1.1.x and Mac OS X 10.3.6 to the extent that one time, the Snitch dialog box was tucked in the bottom corner of the Desktop for hours (overnight?), at which point I had to quit everything and restart.
