I have found that the Jabsco heads last a reasonable time with very little
maintenance. It is more cost effective to replace them when on their Spring
sale than to rebuild. I pour a small amount of veggie oil into it on occasion
to lube it. The joker valve needs replacing ($12) every year or two, other than
that, I've not had problems. I keep spare joker valves on the boat, 5 minute
replacement.

Who sells them and how expensive are they? I can't afford to put a
$400+ head in the boat right now. That is why I am looking at the stuff
in the sub $200 range.
