I have heard good things about the Raritan but the cost on that unit is
almost $400 and probably would be that after shipping.  I don't think
anyone local has it.

At this point anything has to be better than Jabsco though.  Even a
bucket with a seat on top would out perform it.

We had a Groco Model K (I think) on an earlier boat. Well made, little
trouble but expensive head. I have had a Jabsco head also and had lots
of trouble with it. My current boat has a Raritan PHII head and I am
very happy with it. If it ever needs replacing, I'll likely replace
with same.
