Vern: We like our 13 year old Raritan Electrosan a lot. A few months ago, we had to replace the circuit board (probably corrosion) and the factory support was excellent. If I recall correctly, the board cost less than $100.00 and the unit has worked flawlessly ever since. We really don't miss the pump outs at all.
