Actually, I think that all of the stink we made plus the events in Marco 
Island have made folks think a bit.  In fact, I went sailing today and 
stopped by and spoke with 2 cruisers currently anchored in the Eau 
Gallie River Basin, where previously folks had been routinely "reminded" 
of the ordinance within hours of anchoring, and neither had had a visit 
at all.  I have been watching the basin and have seen boats anchored for 
longer than usual with no issues.  Maybe some progress?
