Lee, I think that if you are on the hard now, you can assume they are all shot. 
This could be the product of both a lack of bonding and/or nearby boats in the 
marina being improperly wired.

You can swap-out your through-hulls with Groco flanged through-hulls and using 
Conbraco/Apollo ball valves (SS balls) as reasonably priced replacements. 
Perhaps your raw water strainers have survived. You'll want to bond with solid 
copper wire.
