We are chartering a boat out of Rockland, Maine this August. Our daughters 6 & 8 will be with us. We've never stepped foot in Maine, let alone cruised there. We've been researching online and have bought a chart book and the Taft's "Cruising Guide to the Maine Coast". It's a bewildering number of options and choices. Any insights, recommendations, suggestions, etc. from those who know Maine would be greatly appreciated.
