That sounds like a great idea.  On a similar note, are there any
projects to deliver humanitarian supplies to Cuba that are officially
sanctioned by the State Department?   As I understand it that is one
of the few exemptions for US citizens who want to go.  I'd really like
to go there if anyone knows of an official "project".
