The oil level is high. There probably was a carb problem.

Motor was fine until this morning. The motor stopped running this
morning, unable to maintain idle. Could start and rev, but dies at idle.
So he checked the basics, and cleaned the jet that was accessible. Now
it runs and idles, but oil comes out.

What kind of carb problem puts gas in the oil? How to diagnose and fix it?

Thanks for the advice!
